The main coordination center in the Ministry of Electricity announced the gradual return of electricity to the Syrian governorates.
The center said in a statement to SANA that the electric current began to gradually return to the Syrian governorates after the re-starting of the power plants (Jandar, Al-Zara, Tishreen and Al-Taym), after a general interruption that lasted for several hours since yesterday evening.
Yesterday evening, the Ministry announced a malfunction in the Zara substation, which led to the outage of all power stations and a general power outage.
