The Helios Amper-Klinikum Dachau is breaking new ground in its search for nurses.
The hospital is now offering a telephone consultation hour for interested applicants every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. – with the nursing director in person.
Nursing director Martin Endres leads a large team: around 500 nurses work at the Amper clinics in Dachau and Indersdorf.
Further active support is also needed in Dachau in the course of the Germany-wide shortage of skilled workers.
Endres and his head of care, Alexander Groß, are therefore looking for additional colleagues for various wards and departments of the clinic.
"That's when we came up with the idea of personally introducing our company to potential applicants in a relaxed first interview," explains Endres.
From Wednesday, June 22, they will be offering a weekly telephone consultation from 3 to 4 p.m. under the motto “Direct line to care”.
He and the head of the nursing department, Groß, will answer questions about hiring, flexible working time models to reconcile job and family, remuneration, childcare or further training opportunities.
"Whether it's a job ticket subsidy, support with your old-age provision or a free membership in our fitness studio - our additional offers for employees are diverse," said Endres.
"We are pleased when many take the opportunity to inform themselves in a non-binding discussion with us."
