Ministers Safaf and Ibrahim from Al-Baath University: The competition questions for the third category are diverse and objective

More than 6,400 male and female candidates took the exams for the third and fourth categories of the Central Employment Competition at Al-Baath University in Homs.

The Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, told reporters during a tour with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Bassam Ibrahim, to the centers designated for the third category exams at the university that the questions were varied and took into account all levels, pointing to the applicants' commitment to procedures and instructions.

Dr. Saffaf explained that the applicants of the third category, according to what they mentioned to her, were able to deal with the question forms, the easiest of which was chosen, which created their satisfaction, noting the efforts of Al-Baath University and Homs Governorate to make the tests of the competition successful.

Dr. Safaf indicated that the competition relied since its inception on transparency to achieve the principle of equal opportunities and justice, where the correction process is carried out on a daily basis and is automated electronically, noting that work has begun by entering the results received consecutively from the universities and calculating the differential marks to issue the results during the third week of next July.

In turn, Minister Ibrahim noted the calm and comfortable exam atmosphere for the applicants who expressed their satisfaction with the objectivity and accuracy of the questions, explaining that the correction is done electronically and upon completion of the exam through joint committees from the university, the Ministry of Administrative Development and the governorate.

For his part, the President of Al-Baath University, Dr. Abdul Basit Al-Khatib, indicated that the number of applicants for the third category today reached about 3,700 male and female competitors within 3 centers, while the number of applicants for the fourth category reached more than 2,700 male and female competitors distributed in two centers, pointing to the university’s efforts to make the examination process successful through the formation of committees. To organize, correct and educate applicants and the administrative body about the methods of cooperation necessary for the successful conduct of the examination process.

Dr. Faiq Shadoud, Secretary of the University Branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, described the atmosphere of the exam as comfortable, indicating that the university worked with all its cadres to secure everything that would ensure justice and equal opportunities for all applicants for the competition.

The Governor of Homs, Engineer Bassam Parsik, participated in the tour.
