The Russian Defense Ministry announced that during the past 24 hours, the Russian army targeted hundreds of Ukrainian military sites and destroyed Western command posts, missile platforms and weapons depots.
"High-precision air and ground weapons in the Kremenchuk and Liszychansk regions destroyed technological facilities for oil refining and fuel storage facilities intended for supplying Ukrainian military equipment in Donbas, and high-precision air-to-surface missiles hit 12 positions of the artillery and mortar units of the troops," the ministry's spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing today. Ukrainian armed forces in Avdiivka, Keramek, Zilanoi, Lastogkino, Ocheretino, Vodianya and Gelanuya regions of the Donetsk People's Republic.
Konashenkov added that operational and tactical aviation bombed 62 gathering areas of Ukrainian military personnel and equipment, as a result of which more than 160 extremist Nazis were killed and the Buk M1 anti-aircraft missile system was destroyed near the town of Kamishevakha in Lugansk People's Republic, five Grad rocket launchers, six tanks and armored fighting vehicles. Konashenkov said that the Russian air defense systems had shot down a Ukrainian Su-25 plane in the Kamishevakha region and a Mi-24 helicopter in the Arkhangelsk region, and eight Ukrainian drones were shot down in the towns of Borovinki in the Lugansk People's Republic, Chernopivka in the Kherson region, Sukhia Kamenka, Malaya Kamishevakha and Zapavnoy in the Kharkivnoy region. And Gulyaipoli in the Zaporozhye region, including an unmanned aerial vehicle (Bayraktar) near Kherson, noting that four Ukrainian ballistic missiles (Tochka O) were intercepted in the Stakhanov, Kalinov and Almaznaya regions of the Donetsk People's Republic, in addition to 24 Uragan missiles over the towns of Donetsk, Yasinovataya, Verkhnytoretskoyoganskoye, Novoalexandrovka, Zolotoy and Bubasnoye of the Lugansk People's Republic, Izum, Tishki Russkaya and the Minor Passes of the Kharkov Region.
Konashenkov added that Russian missile and artillery forces bombed 180 concentration areas for manpower and military equipment and destroyed 16 command posts in addition to 32 artillery positions, which led to the elimination of more than 310 extremist Nazis, and the destruction of 10 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, three Grad launchers and nine field artillery batteries. and 14 special military vehicles.
Konashenkov stressed that the total destroyed since the beginning of the special military operation amounted to 206 aircraft, 132 helicopters, 1,241 unmanned aerial vehicles, 343 anti-aircraft missile systems, 3,613 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 547 multiple launchers, 2,032 field artillery and mortars, as well as 3,687 units of special military vehicles. .
