In order to further promote the installation of photovoltaic systems on private roofs, Eching is relying on a funding program from 2023.
Applications are possible from July 1st.
Eching
- “Photovoltaic systems require around one to two years to generate the energy used to manufacture them.
From this point on, they will make a significant contribution to avoiding greenhouse gas emissions,” the press release continues.
The Echinger solar subsidy program supports private individuals in the construction of PV systems and battery storage with a subsidy.
PV systems with an installed (module) output of at least 2.0 kWp, battery storage systems with a storage capacity of 2.0 kWh and balcony solar systems with a maximum total output of 600 W are eligible for funding.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
The program defines the following funding amounts:
• PV systems: 200 euros per kilowatt peak (kWp) output of the system (maximum 1500 euros per building)
• Battery storage: 200 euros per kilowatt hour (kWh) storage capacity of the battery storage (max. 1500 euros per building)
• Balcony solar systems/plug-in solar devices: flat rate of 200 euros
