“War crimes must be judged,” Emmanuel Macron launched Thursday in Irpin, a city symbol of the unprecedented violence with which the Russian army is waging its war in Ukraine.
This is the first time that the French president has traveled - by sleeper train - to this country since the outbreak of hostilities by Putin on February 24.
Accompanied by the Italian Draghi, the German Scholz and the Romanian Iohannis, he met the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who had taken very badly the Frenchman's sentence calling for "not to humiliate Russia".
