The quantity of black cement sold in Daraa during the month of May was about 300 tons per day.
The director of the branch of the General Organization for Internal Trade for Metals and Building Materials, Imran Rami Al-Najm, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the sale is made to license holders and artisans registered in the approved centers in the cities and towns of Daraa, Khirbet Ghazala, Dael, Jassem, Nawa, Izraa and Al-Sanamayn, indicating that the branch’s sales during the past five months amounted to 15824. tons, with a total value of more than 4.324 billion Syrian pounds.
Al-Najm indicated that there will be new breakthroughs in the material during the next few days with the availability of the fuel needed for the work of cement plants in the governorates.
It is noteworthy that the branch has 12 sales centers, five of which are out of service in Al-Shajara, Tafas, Bosra Al-Sham, Al-Harak and Al-Musifira.
