A woman was burned to death in an exploded camper in an industrial area of Rozzano, a town on the border with Milan.
According to initial information, around 3 pm there was an explosion.
The woman was hit by the flames, an 81-year-old man, probably her husband, managed to get out and was taken in very serious condition with burns on 90% of the body at the Policlinico di Milano.
The flames and the shock wave also hit a vehicle alongside and caused some damage to two warehouses.
The explosion took place in via Boccaccio, a street mainly of industrial plants.
The road was closed to allow the fire brigade to work.
It was a police car who noticed a column of smoke arriving from via Boccaccio at the height of via Grandi in Rozzano.

And it was around that moment that a second explosion occurred.
There was nothing for the woman to do.
