Questions about test data released from the election in Colombia

This is Verónica Alcocer, the wife of Gustavo Petro

Socorro Oliveros, 71, was born in Bucaramanga, Santander.

Government of Colombia meets with the OAS Electoral Observation Mission before the elections

One word could summarize the political career of Rodolfo Hernández, who will fight for the presidency of Colombia against Gustavo Petro after obtaining second place in the first round of the elections: controversy.
Hernández, a businessman turned politician who rose to fame with an anti-corruption speech, had shot up in the polls in the weeks before the first round and, despite the disbelief of some sectors, prevailed as a rival for the second round by above other opponents much better known as 'Fico' Gutiérrez.

The Political Constitution of Colombia mentions in its article 258 that, in the event that the blank votes obtain the majority (half plus one of all the valid votes), the election will have to be repeated.
