A carelessness when turning left led to a serious accident on the B13 near Sachsenkam on Saturday afternoon.
Four people had to be taken to the hospital.

- In a head-on collision on the B13 near Sachsenkam on Saturday, four people were injured and there was considerable property damage.
The federal road was closed in the direction of Bad Tölz for about an hour.

According to the police, the accident was caused by a 37-year-old Reichersbeurer turning left.
When he, driving north on the B13, wanted to turn into the southern access road in his Mazda at around 11:50 a.m. in the direction of Sachsenkam, he failed to see the oncoming BMW of a 56-year-old from Sprockhövel (North Rhine-Westphalia).
The two cars collided head-on at the intersection.
Both drivers suffered shock, and the respective co-drivers were diagnosed with a cervical whiplash injury.
The BRK brought all four people to the Asklepios city clinic in Bad Tölz.
Both cars had to be towed.
The police put the property damage at around 10,000 euros on the Mazda and around 35,000 euros on the BMW.
Fire brigade on duty after accident on B13
The fire brigades from Sachsenkam and Reichersbeuern were on site with around 20 emergency services to regulate traffic and clean the lanes.
The Bad Tölz road maintenance department had to carry out a final cleaning of the roadway due to the leaking operating materials.
