In the genre of baked cakes, our very favorite, there is no doubt that high above all is the maple cake.
The maple syrup, which originated in Canada, which we usually pair with pancakes, can be a great base for the cake batter.
It adds to it a natural and pure sweetness (which allows to reduce the amount of white sugar in the cake), gives it a soft texture, a crazy aroma and a crazy color.
This maple cake is upgraded by Tamara Aharoni with a little maple, after baking, with a quick coating that makes all the difference - of maple, butter and powdered sugar.
The result makes the cake from "just" another cake in the sense, especially festive and pampering.

And if all this good is not enough, one of the most notable benefits of this cake is that it is made in just one bowl.
Mix all the products together in the mixer bowl, and in less than 20 minutes of work, this wonderful cake is on its way to the oven, and you only have one bowl to wash.
