Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked is expected to take off tomorrow (Monday) for a diplomatic visit to Morocco, in which she is expected to sign a document that will form the basis for signing a bilateral agreement with the Moroccan government, in order to recruit domestic and construction workers to Israel.
The signing of the agreement should enable the recruitment of employees in a supervised and controlled manner.
The minister's entourage says that "we are confident that the cooperation with the Moroccans will help promote the housing market in Israel and also contribute to the elderly population in Israel."
Shaked is also expected to meet with her Moroccan counterpart, as well as with the Minister of Planning, the Minister of Economy and other senior officials in the kingdom.
