The State Council appointed Li Jiachao's government team Chen Guoji as the Chief Secretary for Administration, Cai Ye Chen Maobo to stay in office

The State Council appointed the new SAR government team. Former Chief Executive Officer Chen Guoji was appointed as Chief Secretary for Administration, and former Permanent Secretary of the Innovation and Technology Bureau, Zhuo Yongxing, was appointed as Deputy Chief of Administration.

The Financial Secretary, Chan Mao-po, will remain in his post, and the Deputy Secretary is the former Secretary for Development, Wong Wai-lun.

As for the Secretary for Justice, Lam Ting-kwok, the former chairman of the Bar Association, was appointed as the Secretary for Justice.
