The Teachers' Union continues with sanctions:
Studies throughout the country in all educational institutions - will begin tomorrow (Monday) at 10:00.
In special education institutions, studies will take place as usual.
The secretary general of the Teachers' Union, Ben-David, claims that a proposal has not yet been received from the Ministry of Finance: "The indifference of Lieberman, Bennett and Lapid - harms students and parents.
If Lapid, Bennett and Lieberman want to end this crisis, they can do so in an instant.
They probably enjoy seeing the millions of parents, who are already barely coping with the cost of living in the country, now also suffer from uncertainty in the education system.
I call on them again - come, come back to the negotiating table and see how the officials behave ".

The strike began following teachers' claims that their salaries are so low that teaching staff tend to leave the education system, and there is no one to teach in the classrooms.
At the same time, due to the low salaries of beginning teachers, quality young people do not come to study in teacher training institutions.
The Ministry of Finance, which is supposed to approve the increase in the salaries of teaching staff, made the move conditional on several demands.
One of them is the synchronization of the teachers' vacation days with the parents, so that the big vacation does not begin in July, but in August, and lasts until the Tishrei holidays (which usually apply in September).
The teachers' union is not at all willing to discuss this.
