An indictment was filed today (Sunday) against a 24-year-old Ashkelon resident for sexual offenses, including an act of sodomy, committed by a boy from Elad.
According to the charges, last November the young man started corresponding with the 13-year-old on WhatsApp, and sent him a video while masturbating.
After several conversations of a sexual nature, the two arranged to meet.
After meeting at a bus stop, the two went to the forest near the boy's house.
When they arrived at the scene, the two took off their pants and the 24-year-old began to perform obscene acts on the 13-year-old.
He later demanded that he "reach a sexual outlet", and when he failed he performed an act of sodomy on him.
When the young man from Ashkelon finished his plot, he ordered the boy to leave the place alone to his house, so that they would not be seen together.
