The Syrian Foundation for Bakeries has put a new production line into service within the first automated bakery in Deir Ezzor with the aim of raising the production capacity of bakeries and covering the people's needs of bread.
The director of the Syrian branch of bakeries, Engineer Safwan Al-Mughayer, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the new production line, which was implemented in cooperation with international organizations (the United Nations World Food Program), entered the service with a daily production capacity of 8 tons, which can be increased to the maximum capacity of 10 tons when needed, pointing out that The bakery is currently operating with a capacity of 14 tons per day.
Al-Mughair indicated that the number of automatic bakeries in the governorate is 12, 3 of which operate under the management system and 9 operate under the supervision system.
