For the first time: an Israeli contracted monkey pox in Israel
The Ministry of Health has updated that three more people have been diagnosed with the virus, two of whom have been exposed to the disease while abroad. The new people are aged 60-30, bringing the number of people diagnosed to nine.

The Ministry of Health announced today (Monday) that three other men were diagnosed today with monkey pox, with one of them being infected in Israel.
This increased the number of people infected with the virus by nine people who were diagnosed with the disease.
The three patients diagnosed today are 60-30 years old from the center of the country.
The Ministry of Health mentioned that anyone who develops a fever and blistering rash after returning from abroad or has been in close contact with a person who is suspected of having chickenpox, should contact a clinic.
