The authorities of the Lugansk People's Republic announced the liberation of the village of Toshkovka, south of the city of Severodonetsk, from Ukrainian forces.
"The village of Toshkovka has been liberated," Deputy Interior Minister Vitaly Kiselyov told TASS, noting that "the liberation of the village of Mytyolkino from Ukrainian soldiers was also completed today."
Yesterday, the Lugansk authorities said that the fighters of the extremist "Aidar" battalion, including the battalion's command, had voluntarily surrendered to the republic's soldiers in the village of Mytyolkino on the outskirts of Severodonetsk.
