Mizintsev: Kyiv forces bomb residential neighborhoods in Kharkov

The Russian National Defense Monitoring Center announced that the Kyiv regime forces deployed artillery in the vicinity of the city of Kharkov and bombarded residential neighborhoods there to accuse the Russian forces.

And the website of Russia Today channel quoted Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the center, as saying in a statement today: “The Kyiv regime in the Kharkov region orchestrated another provocation against the population with the aim of accusing the Russian forces later of launching indiscriminate strikes against civilians and creating conditions for their evacuation from apartments and their deployment in open firing positions.” He explained that for this purpose, the Ukrainian units deployed artillery in the Kharkov region and periodically bombarded residential areas.

Mizintsev added that under the direction of the Kyiv authorities, it is planned to use Ukrainian and foreign journalists to prepare fabricated pictures and videos of the killing of civilians by the Russians, for widespread dissemination by Western news agencies.

On the eighth of this month, the Russian Defense Ministry revealed that the regime forces in Kyiv had equipped firing points and ammunition depots in a number of medical institutions and a children's clinic in Kharkov and Makolaev.
