Elements of the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Homs seized a fuel station in Al-Mukharram for theft and embezzlement of gasoline from the station’s strategic reserve with the intention of trading it.
The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Engineer Rami Al-Youssef, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the seized quantity amounted to 1,100 liters, and the station was fined more than 11,500 million Syrian pounds.
Al-Youssef pointed out that the seizures also included two block factories in the villages of Al-Zafarana and Al-Manara, and they were fined with a total amount of more than 7 million pounds. Bab Al-Sebaa neighborhood in violation of the advertisement at an additional price.
