This was discovered by the investigators of the crimes against the person of the Cagliari mobile team who reported a 53-year-old owner of the accommodation facility in the Castello district.
The investigators' investigations, coordinated by the manager Fabrizio Mustaro, were triggered by the report of a young Lithuanian tourist who, while staying in the B & B, noticed a strange transformer connected to an electrical outlet in her room.
The tourist checked the internet and discovered that the strange device was actually a spy camera.
The young woman immediately called the police.
The agents of the flying squad searched the B&B, recovering the transformer with the spy camera.
On a computer in the 53-year-old's home, policemen found videos and photos of other women housed in the facility.
In addition, an app was discovered in the man's mobile phone that also allowed you to watch live videos.
The computer and smartphone were confiscated.
The 53-year-old now faces a sentence of up to four years in prison and the suspension of his license by the municipality.
