The Hong Kong Public Opinion Study, commissioned by the Hong Kong Obesity Society, conducted a survey from May 27 to June 6, interviewing 559 Hong Kong citizens aged 18 or above.

Two adults believe that compared with the previous four waves of the epidemic, it is more difficult to control or maintain weight during the fifth wave of the epidemic. Many people feel pressure and have anti-epidemic fatigue.
30% of them said that they reduce exercise due to fear of going out and being infected.
Eighty percent of them said that wearing a mask during exercise felt uncomfortable, which was one of the reasons for reducing exercise.
