The owners of the forum were accused of sexual offenses and drug supply, the club dismissed him: "This is not our way"
The indictment attributes to Yossi Schwartz, a 60-year-old Omer resident, rape, indecent assault and drug supply.
The Forum Club in Be'er Sheva shunned him this morning, announcing the cessation of his involvement in the place: "We have always worked to prevent inappropriate behavior, and we will continue to do so."

An indictment was filed today (Monday) in the Be'er Sheva District Court against Yossi Schwartz, the owners of the Forum Club in Be'er Sheva, for indecent assault, rape and supply of drugs.
The Forum Club shook off this morning in an official statement from Schwartz.
"In light of recent developments, the Forum Club announces that Yossi Schwartz will immediately cease all activities and ownership of the club. Throughout its 33 years of existence, the Forum Club staff has always acted to the best of its ability to prevent and condemn any misconduct. This is not our way," it said.
"The Forum Club is a long-standing Israeli institution that employs close to 400 workers and provides employment to thousands more and will continue to do everything to continue to create a quality culture and a safe environment for our spenders. We will continue to work for the best audience in the country."
Schwartz, a 60-year-old resident of Omar, was arrested at Ben Gurion Airport late last month on suspicion of sexual offenses, and in early June police tried to locate more complainants and called them to the police station closest to their place of residence.
