Blessing while driving past: 106 companions received the holy water splashes from Pastor Christian Kronthaler before the three-hour drive through the Hallertau began.

From Friday to Sunday, Nandlstadt was again firmly in the hands of the motorized "three-wheelers" who headed for the hop country from all over Germany.
Nandlstadt –
The scene was the grounds and buildings at Zeilhof, organized by MSC Wolnzach.
The enthusiasm for the vehicles, which is legally defined as a single-track axle at the front and multi-track axles at the rear, is underlined by a trike enthusiast from the far north: "Alzheimer Harry".
The 72-year-old traveled more than 900 kilometers to take part in the three-day meeting.
However, without a vehicle, as the northern lights regretted: "Is in the workshop."
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
A situation that around 150 trikers, mostly with family and friends in tow, did not want to share.
The triker friends made themselves comfortable in tents and caravans on the meadow, in the immediate vicinity of the motorized tricycle, which was specially spruced up for the meeting.
Reason enough for visitors to stroll along the meadow to take a closer look at the “Boom” or “Rewaco” trikes.
“Holledau Tour” was the absolute highlight
The highlight of the meeting was on Saturday at 2 p.m.: the “Holledau Tour”.
Pastor Christian Kronthaler from Regensburg, a young clergyman with Nandlstadt roots, was reserved to bless the companions.
This happened while driving past, whereby the 106 “drivers” taking part in the exit with the sign of the cross and a thank-you replica for the priest’s splash of holy water showed themselves to be quite god-fearing.
The convoy traveled more than 70 kilometers for three hours
The "great weather" for the trip had previously been confirmed by Lorenz Hölzl from the organizer, who had to follow the traffic regulations despite the large number of participants.
That was the case, because the convoy meandered comfortably for three hours over 70 kilometers via the villages in the communities of Nandlstadt, Rudelzhausen, Au, Wolfersdorf, Zolling, Attenkirchen and back to the starting point Zeilhof.
Young and old examined the numerous trikes on the meadow, which Pastor Kronthaler (middle) later blessed.

The entourage was led by "local hero" Georg Rauscher with a Viking helmet, supported by his wife Rosmarie on the back seat.
The trip was also an experience for some visitors, who allowed trike drivers to ride in free spaces when exiting.
An intermediate stop was at Paul Springer's court in Hirnkirchen, where a rest area and coffee and cake were offered.

Because the proceeds from the Triker meeting are used for charitable purposes, four free bands on Friday and Saturday evening made sure that the Trikers didn't lack for anything, in addition to culinary and musical delights.
