Wang comments on the global development initiative proposed by China

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said today that the global development initiative proposed by his country provides an effective platform for all parties to coordinate development policies and deepen practical cooperation.

His country's report on this initiative will provide a useful reference for countries to follow up on development and will provide intellectual support for them.

Wang noted that his country will remain committed to true multilateralism and the spirit of open and comprehensive partnership with all countries, expressing his country's readiness to work with all parties to implement this initiative.

The report, launched by the Center for International Knowledge for Development, reviews the progress made in implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the existing challenges.
