Adi Peretz's croissant empire, "Materlo", arrives at a pop-up that will last five days at Sharona Market in Tel Aviv.

To which of us has this not happened?

A trip to Ramat Gan, a routine trip, a B&B and everything around and in the early morning, very early, waking up in favor of a trip to Ein Zivan to stand in the long line of "Materlo".

Thanks in no small part to Corona, but not only because of it, Materlo has become a croissant bakery offering dozens of varieties at any given moment (i.e., any given moment in the morning, until it's all over), and now it arrives at a five-day pop-up in Tel Aviv, which kicks off on Monday 26.6 Only about five days.

Behind "Materlo" is, as mentioned, Adi Peretz, who tells about the routine of operating a place every day that he focuses on on a pilgrimage.

"I have to be in the bakery almost 16 hours a day; it leaves very little time for family and sleep. But that's how it is when dealing with croissants - every detail of the process is important, and there are no shortcuts. "Talk to me, do not call me and do not turn to me. When the dough is in the kneader, do not leave it alone for a moment and do no task at the same time. All the attention is on him, and only on him."

Anyway, in the Tel Aviv pop-up there will be sweet and savory, but also special dishes that are not in the original place, which of course will be closed next week because all the workers will temporarily move to Tel Aviv.
