Atid Bennett, who will Saar connect with and the intriguing names in the Likud: In the right-wing bloc preparing for elections | Israel today

Tensions between the parties in the bloc • Ben Gvir strengthened and bites into the ultra-Orthodox parties • A son of a former prime minister and a senior adviser to Netanyahu may join the opposition leader's party • On the right are waiting for Bennett's decision to resign

Just before the Knesset officially dissolves, behind the scenes the camps and blocs begin to prepare to reorganize.

According to the polls, the distribution of seats among the Jewish public still does not bode well for either side: the Netanyahu bloc stands at 59-60 in the polls, so on the other hand the bloc of the change coalition can form a government only by relying on the common - a red line for right-wingers and new hope.

Opposition right-wing parties are still trying to form an alternative government in the current Knesset, trying to avoid elections.

Bezalel Smutrich (Religious Zionism), Benjamin Netanyahu (Likud) and Torah Judaism prefer to avoid the risk of not having 61 seats for the right-wing camp.

At the same time, if Amichai Shikli does not succeed in canceling his declaration as a retiree, he will probably form a liberal right-wing party that will try to take the votes of the right-wing disappointed and also take votes of new hope.

The Battle of Ben Gvir

Parties are heating up engines in preparation for the distribution of internal seats within the bloc, and also in an attempt to reorganize ahead of elections.

One of the interesting battles that will affect the distribution of seats within the bloc is between Itamar Ben Gvir and his friends on the right.

According to internal polls by parties in the political system, Ben Gvir has strengthened significantly in relation to his power in the previous elections and he is biting into seats from both Shas, the Likud and the young people of Torah Judaism.

The premise is that Ben Gvir and Smutrich will eventually run together, given their intentions to continue the collaboration they have created over the past year.

However, there will be no easy negotiations between the two. Ben Gvir will want to put together the list together with Smutrich and is expected to demand Richard in placements within the united list of religious Zionism and Jewish power. And he will not agree to give a noble son whatever he wants.

They seem to be running together again.

Ben Gvir did not want to unite in Smutrich's primaries, claiming that he was in control of the apparatus.

Ben Gvir's mine will be that if he demands too much - Smutrich may reply that if he is so strong, he will run alone.

In the event that Ben Gvir runs alone without Smutrich, even if he passes the blocking percentage, he risks that Netanyahu will be able to shake him off in forming the government, because when he is with Smutrich - he will gain more legitimacy than a confrontation within Jewish power alone.

Gilad Sharon to the Likud

The Likud sector is preparing for the primaries for the list and for the party leadership, which will probably be held on the same day.

Apart from Knesset members who will try to improve their place on the list, the Likud is talking about other names that will try their luck in the primaries, including: Gilad Sharon (son of the late Arik Sharon), Prof. Avi Simhon (Netanyahu's economic adviser), Danny Danon, Moshe Feiglin and more .

What will happen to the right?

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett is consulting with his associates on whether to retire from political life but he has not yet decided on the issue.

His associates estimate that he will retire.

In such a case it seems that the reasonable possibility of Shaked and Auerbach is an independent running attempt in the right frame, along with Avir Kara and other connections.

As for new hope, Gideon Saar currently intends to run alone.

In blue and white and on the right, connections with new hope are not ruled out.

A connection between new hope and blue and white could add to Gantz a party that would be the right wing of the large, state-run center party he was trying to create.

If Lapid defeats him in the battle over Gadi Izenkot, Bnei Gantz will have to bring reinforcements to continue fighting against Lapid in the battle for the lead of the center-left bloc.
