Out of jealousy, a Kraillinger hit a Swiss more than hospitalized.

He is now on trial for attempted murder.

Würmtal

– The victim says he can't remember anything.

It doesn't know how it got to Planegg on Whit Monday a year ago, what it wanted there and what happened there.

But since May 24, 2021, the 44-year-old Kosovar from Switzerland has been marked for life.

After meeting his compatriot Z., he has had six operations to date, three of them on his head.

Scars about ten centimeters long stretch across his skull.

A Kraillinger is on trial for attempted manslaughter

The trial against his opponent, the 48-year-old Kraillinger driver Z., accused of attempted manslaughter started yesterday at the Munich I district court.

The public prosecutor assumes that the then 43-year-old victim of the violence had a relationship with Z.'s wife, which is why Z. beat him up out of jealousy and anger.

Z. is largely confessed.

His – also married – victim said yesterday as a witness in court: “I see him (Z. – editor's note) for the first time today.

I have never seen this person.” Z's wife's family comes from the same village in Kosovo as he does, so he knows them.

But he hasn't had any contact with Z's wife for years.

He also never had a relationship with her.

The court has telephone connection records that indicate

According to the public prosecutor, the drama at Pentecost happened as follows: Z's wife made an appointment with the later victim in the Planegger beauty salon where she worked.

The salon was closed because of the holiday, and she explained to her husband that she would clean there.

He followed her to her place of work and did not find his wife alone.

She is said to have had an affair with the Swiss in 2016.

Z. had his defense attorney Jörg Sklebitz explain yesterday: A divorce date had been scheduled at Z.'s for mid-May 2021.

But because his wife had assured him that the relationship was over, Z. moved with her and their two children to a larger apartment at the turn of the year 2020/2021, and the appointment was canceled.

The victim was in a coma for two weeks - and marked for life

Less than ten days after the divorce should have taken place, Z., as he explained in court, happened to meet the two of them in the beauty salon – he wanted to help his wife with cleaning.

He then sent his wife away.

Then, according to Z., there was a war of words between the two men.

Z. struck, saying his victim fell to the ground and hit his head.

When he got up again, Z. punched him another four to five times in the head and kicked him in the groin.

The victim fell to the ground again.

Eventually, it dragged itself onto the street, where passers-by called for an ambulance.

"The defendant could not see that the witness was so badly injured," said Z's attorney.

According to the public prosecutor, the Swiss had to undergo a life-saving operation in the Großhadern Clinic.

Two weeks of coma followed, five surgeries and one hospital stay until January of this year.

His last operation to date took place in early May.

"If I hadn't had my wife, I wouldn't know how I am today," he explained.

The self-employed owner of a car rental company says he can't drive or work.

He suffers from epileptic seizures, head and arm problems, a tube has been laid in his body and he has erectile dysfunction.

"I'm not a man anymore." Today the court meets again.
