A 23-year-old and a 16-year-old lost their lives in a serious accident.
The car crashed roof first into a tree.
Pulschnitzberg – At the scene of the accident, the rescue workers saw a terrible picture late Monday evening (June 20th): A completely smashed car is parked next to the road, traces of the violent accident can be seen on the tree.
Any help comes too late for the occupants of the red vehicle, and the young couple dies instantly.
Violent accident in Bavaria: Two young people die
The car had previously been driving on federal highway 289 near Pulschnitzberg (Hof district) in northern Bavaria, with a 23-year-old man behind the wheel and his 16-year-old girlfriend next to him.

For reasons that have not yet been clarified, the young couple's car left the roadway in a long right-hand bend and crashed into a massive tree with full force.
Both die at the scene of the accident.
The friends driving behind the accident vehicle have to watch the terrible scenes. The 18-year-old driver and his co-driver, who is the same age as him, come off the road and end up in a field due to the dust thrown up.
Fortunately, they are only slightly injured, but both suffered shock.
Young couple dies in an accident in Bavaria: the search for the cause
In order to clarify the cause of the accident and the exact course of the accident, the Hof public prosecutor ordered an expert to the scene of the accident.
He supported the Münchberg police officers in recording the accident.
As a result of the accident, the federal highway was closed for four hours, according to the police.
Also on Tuesday (June 21), the B289 will be closed again for an hour – among other things, aerial photographs of the accident site are to be taken.
