Films that tell the impact of the seventh art in the conscience of society within the diploma of cinematic sciences and arts

Within the activities of the Diploma in Cinematography and Arts, and in the course of practical exercises in directing by Professor Ayham Arsan, the student, Saba Tohme, presented her training project, embodied in a short film entitled Far from Time, starring Razan Al-Bunni and Youssef Abdi.

And about the film, Saba Sana Youth spoke that it represents a tribute to the cinema, as it tells about the impact of the seventh art in the conscience and mind of society, as this effective impact can make the content it presents a document that remains over time.

In the same context, the student, Ghinwa Maarouf, presented her training project entitled “Sculpting with Light” and it shows, according to her description, the journey of cinema that explores light and its components in a different way and directs it to it in a way that affects the viewer. First, to move to a moving cadre governed by the laws of composition, and here the sculptor lived an arduous journey of discovery and research that was like sculpture that brought us to what we see today in the final formation of the film.

The film is written and directed by Ghinwa Maarouf, starring Louay Khader, Khalil Shehadeh, Rosette Turkmani, Wissam Murad and Shahd Ghandour.
