Munich – This game ended with a fright: On Monday (June 20), when an eight-year-old girl was romping around in a playground with a group of children, one of her legs suddenly got caught in the climbing frame.
Several attempts to free the child failed.
Only the Munich fire department was able to save the girl.
When it was foreseeable that the eight-year-old would not be able to get out of the climbing frame on her own, the supervisor got help.
Several emergency services came and assessed the situation on the playground in Schwanthalerstrasse.
As reported by the fire brigade, the helpers quickly decided to use a spreader.
Thanks to the auxiliary device, the metal bars could be bent apart and the girl's leg freed.
