One could interpret what happened on Sunday June 19 as a revenge of Parliament on the crushing domination of the executive, which is the hallmark of the Fifth Republic.
For the first time, an election for the National Assembly goes against the result of the presidential election;
it even seems to undo what the presidential election did.
It is also the first time in the history of the Fifth Republic since 2002 and the stapling between the presidential election and the legislative election, that the legislative election is an event.
She does it almost more than the election...
