He was the supervisor of the Goutte-d'Or oven (18th century Paris).

This 34-year-old man was released on Friday in Paris by the judge of freedoms and detention.

It will soon be a year since this father was indicted for drug trafficking and criminal association.

When arrested, the suspect remained silent.

During his hearing on the merits before the investigating judge, he confessed, acknowledging his participation in the traffic.

Threatened in remand center

His lawyer, Me Keren Safar, pleaded in favor of the release of his client, recalling that he had already delivered his truth in this case, which concerns local traffic.

She added that her client in poor health had been threatened with remand.

His counsel pleaded and obtained a judicial review with a removal from his neighborhood.

The police began to work last summer in this sector of Paris, known to house deal points in two halls of buildings, located between rue des Gardes and rue Polonceau.

They discovered that this business was run by a well-known family in the neighborhood.

And more particularly one of the brothers who ran a small grocery store there.

Two building halls belonging to the lessor HLM Paris Habitat served as a veritable cannabis supermarket.

Fifteen dealers were identified there.

The kiln employees were organized around two groups that alternated morning and afternoon shifts.

They opened their business from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and welcomed no less than five hundred customers a day for a daily turnover estimated at 8,000 euros.

Last July, a first series of arrests made it possible to surprise nine first suspects who were selling drugs in the small square of the district.

In November, the police arrested fifteen new people who worked in these halls and caused a lot of nuisance for local residents.

And last April, a third wave of arrests made it possible to get their hands on three other traffickers.

But the boss of this deal point could not be arrested.
