The Tuen Mun Friends Facebook page received reports from the neighbors that at around 7:23 pm, there was a sudden power outage at Tuen Mun Hospital.
The three photos posted by friends in Tuen Mun show that the 7-11 convenience store, the hospital lobby, and the location of the registration office are all dark.
