Here is a judgment that should reassure some and worry others.
At the beginning of June, the Paris court sentenced a landlord to reimburse his tenant for all the rents overpaid which did not respect the framework system in force in the capital.
This tenant, Le Parisien had followed her in March during the summons of her landlord and had collected her testimony.
