Mikhail Sheremet, a member of the Russian State Duma, confirmed that the attack on the drilling rigs of the Chernomore Oil and Gas Company in the Black Sea was carried out with foreign missiles, pointing out that the Russian military investigators should know the origin of these missiles.
Sheremet said in a statement to RIA Novosti news agency today: “The strike may have been carried out with long-range missiles, among those that were transferred to Ukraine from Western countries, and given the distance, this looks like some kind of foreign-made missile,” noting that everyone who supplied Ukraine with lethal weapons “will bear the burden.” personal responsibility for that.”
Sheremet added that if it turns out that these missiles were produced in one of the countries of the European Union or the United States, then the full responsibility for what happened will fall on its leaders as well, warning the leaders of the countries that supplied Ukraine with the missiles to be aware of the consequences.
And Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with Russia 1 channel earlier: “The debate over additional supplies of Western weapons to Ukraine has only one goal, which is to prolong the armed conflict there as much as possible.”
