The Citizen Service Center in As-Suwayda City Council has resumed work with the attestation of residential lease contracts after stopping for a month.
The director of the center, Eng. Kholoud Masoud, told SANA reporter that the service was suspended for technical reasons related to the maintenance of its program, stressing the importance of re-working it to meet the great demand for it.
She pointed out that the center continues to provide various services related to civil registry documents, the criminal record, the workers' register (non-employee), and the transactions of the city council, indicating that the total documents completed since the beginning of this year to date amounted to about 25,000 documents.
The Citizen Service Center in the Suwayda City Council building, which opened in 2016, constitutes an important platform to simplify procedures for citizens, reduce their burdens and shorten the time for completing transactions.
