in a very special building designed for preservation, located in the regenerating city of Jaffa, Buy for themselves a couple whose children have already blossomed from the nest, a holiday apartment. From there they looked out the window.Beyond that they asked for a very special house in a modern style inspired by the sea, so also the designer used the deep blue colors that simulate the water and stone and wood colors that simulate the sea sand.

In order to produce large and spacious bedrooms, the apartment was converted from four rooms to three - with the area of the canceled room being divided between the other bedrooms.

The central space in the apartment was already the right size.

The facades of the kitchen were painted in the oven to a deep blue hue, the kitchen is not particularly large, but was designed by Levy precisely for a family that also cooks during the holidays.

Throughout the kitchen is a powerful porcelain granite cladding that extends from the ceiling of the apartment to the floor to the finish of the island.

Two integral refrigerators are hidden in cabinets to produce a smooth and clean look.

The oven and the microwave above it also speak the same language that creates a uniform and luxurious look.

The island has a cooking system that combines induction and gas - there are "pit cooking" stoves that come out of the porcelain and look like part of it and in addition, an induction surface for quick cooking.

The stove is the jewel of the kitchen and is prepared for any scenario and cooking they may need.

The island has 4 seats, as needed a host house, but it was important for the designer to leave at least one side open to the sea view from the window.

The wall behind the kitchen is also covered with porcelain granite, a consideration that combines practice with aesthetics to create a beautiful and delicate connection to the kitchen and all its parts.

At the back of the island are a display case of wine display cases for hospitality and serving and an alcohol bar.

A light fixture above the island is created in the designer's personal design, it is a unique light fixture in terms of its appearance, like metal frames from which comes a circle of lighting The frames create a pleasant look and light on the island.

Light gray leather sofa and two wine-colored leather armchairs that bring a lot of interest to the space.

The designer continued the hue of the island by covering the wall that stretches along the length of the public space in front of the living room.

A cladding of about 7 meters that is located along the TV wall and also contains an integral door.

The wall is a power wall that is all disguised storage of hospitality utensils.

Levy created asymmetrical disconnects along it that give a different texture to the cabinet so that the division of the doors cannot be seen.

The final appearance obtained is of a uniform front and not of a divided cabinet.

In the living room, a seating system upholstered in natural gray leather and with dark titanium chrome legs (ellita living) has been installed.

And to his team are two swivel armchairs upholstered in rich leather in rich wine color and special metal legs in the shape of a mesh.

The special legs and the prominent color against the background of the other quieter gray and blue colors in the apartment, complement the contrast that the designer wanted to produce and turn the armchairs into a special piece of jewelry that adorns the space and completes it.

"It is customary to give a uniform language to the whole house and then just break it down with an interesting item" (Photo: Lior Torem courtesy of ellita living)

"I usually give a uniform edge to the whole house and then just break it down with an interesting item," says Levy. "I decided to choose dominant wine-colored armchairs that give a luxurious and interesting look.

To complete the picture, two living room tables of different sizes with the same special legs, with a gray porcelain granite surface with tendons, were chosen.

The bathrooms are covered in a rusty-looking metallic porcelain granite, which continues the warm and natural materiality produced by the parquet that lies in the rest of the house, and the bathroom cabinet has been adapted and designed with personal carpentry.

The bedroom actually covers an area of two rooms that have become one spacious and pampering room.

Wall cladding behind the bed gives a warm and cozy touch, and also reminiscent of the design of a room in a luxury hotel.

The room also has a small closet, with recessed lighting, which contains enough for a "vacation" and a short stay, and an exit to a small balcony facing the romantic roofs of the city of Jaffa.
