MK Jida Rinawi Zoabi announced that she does not intend to run in the next Knesset, neither in the Meretz primaries nor in an Arab party, she said today (Tuesday) in a radio interview from here.
As you may recall, Zoabi announced at the end of May that she was resigning from the coalition following what she defines as "a preference for coalition leaders to preserve and strengthen its right-wing side."
She then said that "because of the sights that came from al-Aqsa and the journalist's funeral."
Later and following various promises from the coalition, she returned.
Earlier this month, the coalition lost in passing the Judea and Samaria regulations after members of RAAM and Zoabi voted against the law.
In the coalition, they attacked the defectors, led by the Meretz-Zoabi company.
