"Merce Mausi!" - Unknown man kicks to the ground in passing and hits him in the face

In a spontaneous case of physical harm, the police are investigating Poing - triggered by an apparently teasing shout in Vaterstetten (Ebersberg district).
In a seemingly harmless encounter at the Volksfestplatz in Vaterstetten
, an unknown man kicked a 19-year-old to the ground and hit him twice in the face with his fist.
This is reported by the police in Poing.
"Merce Mausi!" - Unknown obviously felt provoked
Accordingly, the 19-year-old walked with his friends on the pedestrian path on Johann-Sebastian-Bach-Strasse in the direction of Baldhamer Strasse.
An unknown person came towards the group and took a step back.
The 19-year-old thanked the dodger as he passed by saying "Merce Mausi!", according to the investigators.
The stranger then kicked the 19-year-old from behind in the lumbar area.
Police search unsuccessful
The young man fell to the ground, after which the attacker hit him twice in the face with his fist, officials said.
The victim was injured and taken to the Ebersberg hospital.
Despite a one-hour close-range search, the perpetrator could not be found by the police patrols deployed.
Officials are looking for witnesses and publish a description of the perpetrator
Now the officials are looking for witnesses: The perpetrator is said to be an approximately 180 cm tall, male - probably Eastern European - person.
The age is estimated at 25 to 30 years.
At the time of the crime, the person was wearing a gray T-shirt and dark (jogging) trousers. The person being searched for had "extremely short, dark blonde hair".
The Poing police station will receive information about the process and the perpetrator on Tel: 08121 9917-0.
