Exceptional: Commissioner meets with leader of the "Jerusalem faction"

The first meeting of its kind between Rabbi Yaakov Shabtai and Rabbi Asher Deutsch was held, as part of a round of meetings held by the Commissioner with rabbis and rebbe.
