MK Gabi Lasky (Meretz) put on the agenda of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation on Sunday a private member's bill that would prohibit a criminal defendant from forming a government.
MK Eli Avidar also introduced a similar bill together with MKs Ahmad Tibi and Osama Saadi.
