The Fort district in Issy-les-Moulineaux was cordoned off for two hours this Wednesday afternoon.
Around 3:15 p.m., the police intervened on the Allée du Puits when a man living on the ground floor of one of the small buildings in this housing complex had taken refuge in his home.
According to the first elements of the investigation, he was threatening his mother with a weapon, which could be non-lethal.

The madman was finally arrested calmly around 5:30 p.m.

When the tension subsided, the investigators immediately carried out a search of the apartment in question and the closure of the neighborhood was quickly lifted.
