More than 900 people die in Afghanistan after earthquake of magnitude 5.9

A 5.9-magnitude earthquake has rattled at least two provinces in eastern Afghanistan, killing more than 900 people so far, according to a country emergency official.

The authorities continue with the rescue work, so the death toll could increase, as José Levy, a CNN correspondent, tells it.
