The 60th Taufkirchen folk festival will be the last held by the Jell family.
This farewell is sweetened with a few innovations.

– After a “long dry spell” of two years, a folk festival beer tasting in the Bräustüberl was announced again.
This time the focus was not on the original wort and alcohol content of the beer, but on many changes and a drastic farewell that caused a bit of melancholy.
But now everyone is looking forward to the 60th Wiesn.
This year's beer is "a bit heartier", master brewer Tom Drechsel described the brew.
"It's bulkier and will be a hit," he said.
Instead of evaluating the beer in turn, Mayor Stefan Haberl took the floor after being welcomed by CEO Valentin Vorbuchner.
He confirmed what had long been rumored in Taufkirchen: it will be the 25th and last folk festival for the Jell host family.
The anniversary Wiesn will not be celebrated with "timpani & trumpets", a stand concert with all the brass bands participating in the procession and a children's procession, as was planned in January 2020.
There is a jubilee mug for this, as presented by the head of the Volksfest, Christine Aulechner.
And the Wiesn begins a day earlier, on Thursday, July 7th, with a premiere: the 5th Eva Luginger Schlager Night.
There are also two new hosts in the Bermuda Triangle (see box).
The folk festival newspaper "Hawedere", which was available in small format on the tables, describes historically how the folk festival developed, Haberl was pleased to say.
The Jells made a big contribution, shaping it with their signature and once again putting together a huge program.
Singer Eva Luginger briefly explained that Franz Hofstetter had his fingers in the pie, that Schlagernacht is now rising in Taufkirchen and that she was able to win Andy Borg and Nicki as guests, among others.

The Taufkirchen folk festival (July 9) was one of “the largest and most beautiful far and wide.

He named Münchner G'schicht (July 8), Blechblos'n (July 12), Ois Easy (July 15), Dolce Vita (July 16), who took part 25 times, and d'Moosener (July 9). July), with whom one grew up together.
Young bands have also been promoted, such as The Soundscape (July 13) or Tetrapack (July 14), "the best that's currently on the road".
All the brass bands were just as important to him, Jell insisted.
He also mentioned the 15th vintage car and 5th Vespa meeting (July 10th) and the 4th dirndl and boys meeting (July 14th), which had found many imitators.
The Community Sheephead Championships (July 10) are in their 25th year, and the Watt Tournament (July 17) is even longer.
There will also be an anniversary evening with awards, great prizes and a laser show on July 11th - and fireworks on July 13th.
