willful violence with a weapon by destination
" after several victims complained of bites on the public highway during the festivities.
This 37-year-old man, born in Yemen and residing in Élancourt (Yvelines), was arrested thanks to several testimonies as well as a video.

Three adults and a minor were also arrested in Asnières-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine), we learned.
