The United States has delivered AN TBQ-36 radars to Ukraine that can detect the locations of mortar, artillery and multiple rocket launch systems.
The TASS news agency reported that "the radars were shipped as part of a $100 million aid package that the United States announced on May 19."
The Pentagon spokesman, John Kirby, said that this package will include 18 155-mm howitzers and 18 trucks to transport them.
The AN/TBQ 36 radars were operated by US forces in the early 1980s and were designed to detect firing positions, correct response fire, and have a range of about 24 kilometers.
Despite pumping billions of dollars over the past few months to Ukraine under the pretext of "confronting Russia", Biden recently signed a law that allows for speeding up the delivery of military equipment to the regime in Kyiv.
