The driver got into a general traffic control in Bad Tölz around 10 p.m. on Tuesday.
Since the inside of the vehicle smelled of marijuana and, according to the police, the Waakirchner showed drug-related abnormalities, a rapid drug test should be carried out.

Waakirchner refuses rapid drug test
Since the Waakirchner refused this, a blood sample was taken in the Tölz hospital.
The onward journey was prevented and the vehicle key was secured.
A small amount of marijuana was also found during a search of the vehicle.

The officers also found that the young man did not have a driver's license.
The young Waakirchner now has to answer for driving without a license, driving under the influence of drugs and an offense under the Narcotics Act.
