According to the first elements of the investigation, this man would have pretended to be a 14-year-old teenager, and the victim would have told his mother sleeping at a friend's house to go join him, told AFP a source close to the file. .
The indicted “
would then have led this young girl to a hotel in Cuincy where he would have raped her
”, added this source.

He would then have dropped her off at a pharmacy so that she could buy a morning after pill
” and the pharmacy staff “
would have thus alerted the mother of the child who informed the police
”.
The man was arrested on June 16 in the Cher, and indicted the next day, said the prosecution who opened a judicial investigation.
The individual was placed under judicial supervision by the investigating judge.
The public prosecutor's office which had requested the placement in pre-trial detention appealed against this decision.
