But the two unfortunate candidates wearing the colors of Nupes (New Popular, Ecological and Social Union), the most likely to do so, seem to have already given up.
Both Cédric Villani, the outgoing deputy ex-walker of the 5th constituency who lost 19 votes against the macronist Paul Midy (Together), as well as Claire Lejeune, ex-EELV who became LFI beaten by 214 votes by the outgoing deputy Robin Reda (ex-LR now Together) in the 7th.
